1. Return Procedure

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) – Contact us by email at info@nanco.ca or by phone at 450-281-4488 / 1-888-656-6006 to initiate a return.

  2. Approval and Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide you with an authorization number along with return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

2. Refunds and Processing Times

  • Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges and Defective Products

  • If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
